Privacy Policy

Rizzer helps you reply to messages. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with it. In short: your conversations stay on your phone, what you send for suggestions is used only to write them, and we don't sell or track anything.

Messages and screenshots you share

When you ask for reply suggestions, the messages you paste or type, the screenshots you choose, and the details you added about that person (name, relationship, notes) are sent over an encrypted connection to the Rizzer service and to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the suggestions.

• We don't store this content on our servers. It's used to answer your request and then discarded.
• Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, which don't allow it to train its models on this content. It may keep it for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.

What stays on your iPhone

The people you add, your notes, and the conversation history Rizzer remembers are stored only on your device. Deleting a person, clearing a conversation, or deleting the app removes them.

Install ID and daily allowance

The app creates a random install ID. It isn't linked to your name, email, phone number, or Apple Account. Our server keeps it with a count of how many suggestions you've used today, so it can apply the free daily limit and Pro.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. If you have Rizzer Pro, the app sends Apple's signed proof of your subscription so our server can confirm it. We never receive your payment details, and we don't store the proof.

Hosting and logs

Rizzer runs on Cloudflare. Like most services, it keeps basic technical logs (such as request time, IP address, and errors) for a few days to keep the service secure and working. These logs don't contain your messages or screenshots.

What we don't do

• No ads and no ad tracking.
• No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.
• No account required, and no contacts or photo library access beyond the screenshots you pick.

Children

Rizzer isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can delete your saved chats in the app at any time. To have your install ID's usage counter removed from our server, long-press the rizzer logo in the app, choose Copy install ID, and send it to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
